Sharon grew up in South Africa where her love of the ocean and wine farms stems from. When her sons were small, Sharon embarked on her studies to obtain an advanced bookkeeping diploma and ran her own bookkeeping business. She relocated from South Africa in 2007, where she continued with her studies in payroll management and AAT.

Sharon has a wealth of financial experience from the private sector in South Africa handling the assets of high net worth individuals. She has spent the last 13 years in the UK working as a finance manager for several small businesses.

Sharon is proficient in preparing businesses for year-end audit, payroll and administration, maintaining all year–end audit support documentation as well as all aspects of administration support.

In her spare time, she enjoys walking, reading, knitting (and that’s before Tom Daley made it famous), travelling, cooking.

Bill is a highly commercial CFO / COO, with a long track record of impactful business deliverables.

He has many years’ experience in successfully operating at board level, and is experienced in several sectors within pharmaceuticals, particularly dermatology, and other service sectors.

Bill has excellent business skills, is a first class negotiator, a people person, outgoing, motivational and team builder.

Bill has two grown up sons and in his spare time, enjoys cycling, hiking, travelling around the globe and music.
